Job Summary
Role for an experienced operator who takes pride in running clean, safe, accurate picks. The Warehouse Level II picks inventory using cherry picker and stand-up forklift equipment, works comfortably at heights and in narrow aisles, and sets the standard for the pick team.
Key Responsibilities
• Accurately pick, pack, and label customer orders according to pick tickets or scanner prompts, meeting productivity and accuracy targets.
• Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues.
• Keep pick areas organized and follow all powered industrial truck safety protocols.
• Support inventory accuracy through proper putaway and location verification.
• Pick accurately per pick tickets / scanner instructions, maintaining high accuracy and productivity.
• Log in inventory movement, order status, and location transfers in real time.
• Mentor and support other pickers, consistent with senior-level experience.
• Identify and report inefficiencies in workflow; suggest improvements to picking.
• Provide on-the-job guidance and training support.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area in line.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements
· Valid certification (or ability to certify) on cherry picker and stand-up forklift equipment
· Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating cherry picker / stand-up equipment in a warehouse environment
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to work safely at heights
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required
· Proficiency with WMS and scanners
· Reliable attendance and flexibility with schedule / overtime
