What You’ll Be Doing
As a Membership Sales Associate, you’ll play an essential role in creating a welcoming environment for our members while driving sales and promoting wellness. Here's what your day-to-day will look like: - Confidently sell memberships in a commission-based atmosphere. - Reach out to leads using our CRM system with energy and enthusiasm. - Share the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership. - Set reservations and book follow-up appointments. - Provide exceptional service by accommodating members and making them feel relaxed and welcome. - Conduct studio tours for new guests and answer questions about our services and facility. - Maintain a clean and organized facility, including sauna room turnover and towel supply management.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking individuals who bring positivity, professionalism, and a passion for wellness to the table. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed: - A genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service. - A consistently fantastic team-player attitude. - A verifiable history of excellent attendance. - Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Available Shifts
We offer flexibility to choose your shifts from the following options: - Monday through Friday: 6:30 AM – 12:00 PM - Monday through Friday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM - Monday through Friday: 4:00 PM – 9:30 PM - Saturday and Sunday: 7:30 AM – 1:30 PM - Saturday and Sunday: 1:30 PM – 7:30 PM
