A national plaintiff firm that represents mesothelioma and asbestos-cancer patients is hiring a litigation attorney for its Culver City office on the Westside. One seat, junior or experienced.

You will carry plaintiff cases through discovery, depositions, motion practice and trial preparation; take and defend depositions; build medical and exposure histories with clients and families; and travel often for depositions and hearings.

California Bar in good standing. Plaintiff litigation experience; asbestos is ideal, but complex litigation, toxic tort, mass tort, medical malpractice, product liability and premises liability all fit. A strong junior attorney with real deposition and motion work is welcome. Mostly in the office, with flexibility when life requires it.

$125,000 for a junior attorney, up to $200,000 with experience, and higher for an exceptional candidate. Full benefits.
