Job DescriptionAdelphi is seeking Medical Equipment Planners to provide services at a facility in Long Beach, California. The ideal candidates will work with the Engineering Service Planning Section under the Interior Design Section, and will be responsible for overseeing and assisting with major projects activations, equipment planning, specifying, budgeting, preparing solicitation packages for equipment purchases, management of delivery and installation.

Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook)
• Knowledge of medical technology and equipment.
• Ability to write specifications and SOW for procurement.
• Effective communication skills with contractors, vendors, and staff.
• AutoCAD and MS Project are preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze architectural and equipment plans, identifying gaps and overlaps.
• Conduct equipment inventory audits and provide recommendations for reuse.
• Develop procurement packages, including SOW, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with vendors for delivery and installation schedules.
• Maintain procurement tracking and financial management logs.
• Collaborate with end users and other departments to ensure successful equipment installations.
• Provide technical support and guidance during installation and training phases.
