Are you a detail-oriented product professional who enjoys bringing people, processes, and products together? We’re looking for a Product Specialist to join our team in Brea, CA and play a key role in supporting our dental product portfolio.
In this role, you’ll be at the intersection of Product Management, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Quality, R&D, Operations, and Commercial teams, helping ensure our products are accurately labeled, compliant, customer-friendly, and ready for the market.
What You’ll Do
Product Management & Portfolio Support
- Support day-to-day product management activities across assigned restorative and endodontic product portfolios, including SKU maintenance, product information updates, and lifecycle coordination.
- Support product launches, line extensions, rationalization efforts, and commercialization readiness by coordinating inputs across Marketing, Regulatory, Operations, and Sales.
- Monitor product performance, customer feedback, competitive activity, and market trends to help identify opportunities for portfolio improvement and growth.
Labeling & Artwork Management
- Coordinate updates to product labels, IFUs, and packaging artwork in alignment with regulatory and branding requirements.
- Partner with design teams to implement improvements such as color coding, variable-content updates, and layout enhancements that make products easier and clearer for customers to use.
- Maintain label master files and ensure strong version control across product lines.
Documentation & Compliance
- Help ensure labeling changes comply with applicable MDR and FDA requirements.
- Support Regulatory Affairs submissions and documentation for label changes, including 6012 forms and ECO approvals.
- Track, maintain, and archive label samples and artwork revisions to support audit readiness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with the Merida and Pomona teams on label implementation, sample reviews, and related projects.
- Partner with Regulatory and Product Management teams to streamline re-labeling initiatives and support successful product launches.
- Help manage labeling updates across Endodontics and Rotary portfolios, including complex SKU environments.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve labeling processes.
- Support initiatives and action plans focused on improving labeling workflows, efficiency, and quality.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in labeling coordination, regulatory documentation, product marketing, or a related area.
- Familiarity with medical device labeling requirements, including MDR and FDA regulations.
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator, and label management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, details, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
