Maintenance Technician – Apartment Community

Seeking Multiple Technician for our Communities in San Marcos
Full-Time | Competitive Pay | Immediate Opening

Are you a skilled and reliable maintenance professional looking for a rewarding opportunity in sunny San Marcos? We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technicians to join our team at a well-established, professionally managed apartment community.

Schedule: Full Time (Must be willing to work weekends as needed)

Pay: $27

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on residential units and common areas
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues
• Conduct unit turns, including painting, repairs, and cleaning
• Ensure the property is clean, safe, and well-maintained
• Respond promptly to work orders and on-call emergencies (rotating schedule)

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in handy man, work, apartment or building maintenance preferred
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• EPA or HVAC certification a plus but not required

Requirements:

• Apartment maintenance experience preferred
• HVAC certification strongly preferred
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, and painting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
