Job DescriptionAbout the Project
TSMG is looking for participants to support a household AI video data collection project.
Participants will complete a series of everyday household activities in a realistic home environment while being recorded using client-provided equipment. The collected videos will help improve artificial intelligence systems that understand human activities and interactions in home settings.
What You Will Do
- Complete a series of common household tasks following simple instructions.
- Perform activities naturally and at a comfortable pace.
- Participate in a single in-person recording session lasting approximately 2–3 hours.
- Complete activities such as:

Bringing groceries into the home and putting them away.

Preparing a simple meal using household kitchen appliances.

Making coffee or tea.

Eating while watching television.

Cleaning the kitchen and taking out the trash.

Working on a laptop or phone.

Writing notes by hand.

Folding and ironing laundry.

Watering plants.

Reading or relaxing.

- Follow all recording, safety, and privacy instructions provided by the project team.
- Repeat individual tasks if a recording does not meet quality requirements.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Must be available to attend a single in-person recording session in Santa Clara Valley, California.
- Must be comfortable being recorded on video throughout the session.
- Must be able to follow simple instructions and complete everyday household activities independently.
- Previous experience is not required.
Additional Information
- Recording equipment will be provided by the client.
- Participants will be asked to sign an informed consent form before the session.
- Sessions will take place in a professionally prepared home-like environment (not in participants' own homes).
- All recordings will be used exclusively for artificial intelligence research and development purposes.

These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
