Compensation:
$90,000 - $100,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the HR team to ensure efficient and effective operations, aligning with our hospitality values.
- Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans to attract and retain top talent in the hospitality industry.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that reflects our commitment to integrity and passion for service.
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify and address workforce needs, supporting business objectives.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives that enhance job satisfaction and organizational commitment.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, safeguarding our reputation and integrity.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 4 plus years of progressive HR experience, with a preferred leadership background in the hospitality or hotel industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management. Professional certifications like PHR are a plus. Or relevant experience.
- Core Skills: Deep knowledge of California labor regulations, strong conflict-resolution and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in HRIS platforms.
