We are hiring a Brand Ambassador to support community events and outreach activities on behalf of nonprofit organizations.
In this role, you’ll interact with members of the public, provide information about nonprofit programs and initiatives, and help create a welcoming experience at events. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with people and being part of an active team.
Previous experience is not required. Training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Represent nonprofit organizations at community events and outreach activities
- Welcome and speak with event attendees
- Share information about nonprofit programs, campaigns, and initiatives
- Answer questions and provide helpful information
- Help with event setup and breakdown
- Maintain an organized and professional event area
- Work with team members to ensure events run smoothly
- Follow event guidelines and client expectations
- Attend scheduled training and team meetings
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who:

- Is comfortable speaking with the public

- Is willing to learn
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, events, fundraising, or community outreach is helpful but not required.

Work Environment
This is an in-person, event-based position. Work may take place at community events, promotional locations, and other public venues.
