As the Founding Product Designer at an AI/ML company, you will shape digital products from early concepts through launch. You will work across the product design lifecycle and collaborate with product and engineering partners to bring considered designs to market.
What You'll Do
- Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and inform design decisions.
- Turn product concepts into wireframes, prototypes, and launch-ready designs.
- Develop and maintain design systems that support consistent product experiences.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to translate designs into implementation.
- Contribute to product design from conception through launch.
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience as a product designer building digital products from conception through launch.
- Experience shipping consumer or B2B products to market.
- Experience across the full product design lifecycle, including research, wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Proficiency with a design tool such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams, along with sustained tenure in product design roles.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary range: $150,000 to $230,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is available.

This is an on-site role based in San Francisco, California, United States.
