Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist in Charge experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This role offers an opportunity to serve as the Pharmacist in Charge at a 340B Pharmacy facility, providing essential leadership and oversight to ensure compliance and optimal pharmacy operations. The position is onsite in Ontario, CA, and spans a contract duration of 3-6 months, with a schedule primarily consisting of day and afternoon shifts.

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing comprehensive Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) duties, ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards and pharmacy policies.
  • Managing pharmacy operations in compliance with 340B program guidelines.
  • Overseeing medication dispensing, staff supervision, and quality control measures.
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to support patient care and optimize medication therapy management.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Current pharmacist licensure in as many of the following states as possible: AK, AL, AR, CA, IA, ID, IL, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, MI, MS, NE, NV, OK, OR, TN, TX, VA, and WV.
  • Proven experience serving as a Pharmacist in Charge with strong knowledge of 340B regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to effectively lead pharmacy staff and maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Schedule:

  • Days/Afternoons
