Job DescriptionPrecision Mechanical Quality Auditor
Location: Corona, CA
Purpose
Be the guardian of product integrity for a team dedicated to excellence. You will ensure parts and assemblies consistently meet regulatory and company standards while enabling a smooth, efficient production flow.
Core responsibilities
- Execute inspections on receiving, in-process, and final product stages.
- Apply metrology tools to validate dimensional and functional requirements.
- Record results with high accuracy; maintain complete quality documentation.
- Detect and communicate nonconformances; collaborate with production to resolve issues.
- Support and perform internal quality audits; help author and follow through on corrective actions.
- Continuously benchmark against current industry standards; propose process improvements.
- Coach team members on procedures, standards, and inspection practices.
Minimum qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional QC certification a plus.
- Previous experience in quality inspection or equivalent capacity.
- Solid grasp of QA methodologies and problem-solving tools.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical capability.
- Team-oriented, yet effective working independently.
- Proficient written and verbal communication.
- Experience with ISO-based systems preferred.
