This full-time, full school year assignment features a robust caseload and opportunities for mentorship and leadership, especially if you’ve previously supervised SLPAs or worked closely with facilitators. Qualifications:

  • Holds SLP-CCC and/or relevant school-based certification
  • At least 2 years of California school experience required
  • Minimum 1 year SEIS experience
  • Prior SLPA supervisory experience with facilitators preferred
  • Strong caseload and referral management ability
  • Bilingual Spanish speakers highly valued (not mandatory)
  • Open to SLPs and SLP-CFs (no SLPAs)
  • Must be onsite; remote work is not available

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality speech-language services to students
  • Supervise and support SLPAs (if assigned)
  • Effectively manage a full caseload (37.5 hours/week)
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
  • Contribute to a positive, student-centered school environment
