Vantage Physical Therapy and Wellness in Canoga Park, CA (San Fernando Valley) is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team.
New graduates are welcome to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and design evidence-based, individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver high-quality, hands-on care, neuromuscular re-education, and therapeutic exercise instruction.
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation adhering to state and insurance requirements.
- Communicate effectively with patients, referring physicians, and clinical staff.
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) in accordance with California Physical Therapy Board guidelines.
Qualifications:
- California Physical Therapist license or eligibility for California licensure
- DPT or equivalent PT degree
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
