We are seeking a Applications Engineer in the South San Francisco area.
Title: Application Engineer / Physical Security Systems Engineer
Location: South San Francisco, CA (Hybrid 3-days in/2- days remote)
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and administer Software House CCURE 9000 access control systems.
- Configure and support Genetec Security Center, including Synergis and Omnicast modules.
- Troubleshoot integrated security platforms, servers, databases, controllers, badge readers, and CCTV systems.
- Perform software upgrades, patching, and system health checks.
- Integrate physical security systems with:

- Active Directory
- HR systems
- Visitor management platforms
- Intercom systems
- Intrusion detection systems
- Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 technical support.
- Develop reports, documentation, and system standards.
- Support commissioning and deployment of enterprise security projects.
- Provide onsite support to the client's South San Francisco campus.
Typical Requirements
- 3-7+ years working with enterprise access control systems.
- Strong experience with:

- CCURE 9000
- Genetec Security Center
- SQL databases
- Windows Server
- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, switches)
- Genetec certifications preferred.
- Software House / Johnson Controls certifications preferred.
