Job DescriptionAbout the Role:Davidovich Stone Law Group is seeking a sharp, driven Senior Litigation Attorney to join our team in North Hollywood or Carlsbad, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and litigate a diverse caseload from inception through trial and resolution
- Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
- Conduct depositions, hearings, arbitrations, and court appearances
- Develop case strategy, perform legal research, and analyze evidence
- Negotiate settlements and communicate with opposing counsel
- Mentor and supervise junior associates and support staff
- Maintain client relationships through clear, consistent communication and updates
Requirements:
- Strong litigation background, specifically landlord-tenant habitability defense.
- Relevant insurance defense experience involving habitability claims.
- Hands-on litigation experience rather than transactional real estate.
- Minimum 4+ years for junior attorneys and 10+ years for senior attorneys.
- Experience representing landlords, property owners, or insurers in relevant disputes.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing deadlines
