Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide responsive support across phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging channels. This role handles customer inquiries related to orders, billing, products, technical troubleshooting, and account management while owning cases through resolution and delivering clear, helpful guidance.

Responsibilities

Handle a high-volume queue across available customer contact channels.
Process orders and assist with billing and account-related requests.
Resolve customer issues and provide product and basic technical guidance.
Manage complaints using active listening, empathy, and conflict-resolution skills.
Document cases accurately in CRM and ticketing systems.
Complete scheduled callbacks and provide timely service follow-up.
Maintain case ownership through resolution and escalate cases to supervisors or cross-functional teams when appropriate.
Collect and document customer feedback to support service improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of customer service experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience with customer relationship management and ticketing systems.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Conflict-resolution, active-listening, and problem-solving abilities.

Monday - Friday
6:00am - 2:30pm
11:00am-8:30pm
