Job DescriptionLife Sciences Corporate Associate Attorney
Direct Counsel is seeking a Mid-Level Associate Attorney to join a leading Am Law firm’s award-winning Life Sciences practice. This opportunity offers exposure to a diverse range of sophisticated corporate transactions involving innovative, high-growth life sciences, healthcare, and technology companies in the US and internationally. Attorneys will work with venture-backed private and public companies throughout their lifecycle, including financings, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance matters.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Advise clients on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters throughout the company lifecycle.

Support equity financings, registered equity offerings, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance matters.

Handle public company work and ongoing SEC representation.

Bring 2–4 years of experience in corporate and transactional matters, including public company work, registered equity offerings, ongoing SEC representation, and M&A transactions.

Demonstrate an interest in the life sciences industry; direct experience representing life sciences companies is preferred but not required.

Possess strong academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Salary: $235,000–$310,000
