Job DescriptionClean Line Operator
Shift: 1st Shift — 5:00 AM to 2:30 PM (Mon–Fri)
Pay: $25/hr
Location: Long Beach, CA (On-site)
Type: Contract / Temp-to-Hire
Job Summary
Support precision cleaning and post-processing of aerospace components by following established cleanliness, quality, and safety procedures prior to production/assembly.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean aerospace hardware using approved chemicals/solvents
- Load/unload and move parts through the precision clean line
- Prep parts; rinse, dry, inspect, package, and label components
- Collect particle and non-volatile residue samples
- Track parts, chemicals, lot numbers, and required documentation
- Maintain supply/chemical inventory and keep work areas organized
- Follow all chemical handling and PPE/safety requirements
- Support technicians with chemical processing and cleanliness verification
- Report contamination, damage, or process issues; meet production schedules
Qualifications
- Manufacturing/production/cleanroom/plating/chemical processing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail; able to follow written work instructions
- Comfortable handling chemicals/solvents
- Basic computer skills
- Able to stand for extended periods and safely move materials
