We are seeking an experienced Manual Machine Operator. In this role, you will read drawings, prepare materials, perform machining, and verify finished components for quality control.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate manual machining equipment including mills and lathes.
- Load raw materials, align workpieces, and set machine offsets and tooling.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, etc.
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience operating manual machine shop equipment.
- Strong proficiency in reading blueprints/drawings.
- Ability to verify QC using a micrometer.
