Job DescriptionTissue Culture / Greenhouse Associate We are seeking bilingual (English/Spanish) team members for a long-term position. Employees will be cross-trained in Greenhouse, Harvest, Lab/Hood Tech, Dishwashing, and Maintenance. Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Plant, harvest, count, and grade plants for shipping.</li>
<li>Clean and prepare lab equipment and materials.</li>
<li>Assist with greenhouse maintenance, watering, and plant care.</li>
<li>Complete basic paperwork and production tracking.</li>
<li>Maintain clean and organized work areas.</li>
</ul>
Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Bilingual English/Spanish required.</li>
<li>Basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills.</li>
<li>Excel experience is a plus.</li>
<li>Ability to follow instructions and work independently.</li>
<li>Previous greenhouse, nursery, warehouse, or packing experience preferred.</li>
<li>Ability to lift 20–50 lbs.</li>
<li>Comfortable working in warm greenhouse conditions.</li>
<li>Willingness to work in different departments and cross-train.</li>
<li>Some Saturdays may be required.</li>
</ul>
