Imagine This

A tight deadline, a complex set of drawings, and a client expecting clarity. You dive into the plans, translate scope into quantities, validate market pricing with trusted partners, then brief stakeholders with a clear, defensible estimate and a path to deliver on schedule. That’s the impact you’ll make here.

Your Mission

  • Decode blueprints, specs, and project plans to create precise takeoffs.
  • Construct end-to-end cost models—materials, labor, and indirects included.
  • Assess risk levers that influence price, productivity, and schedule.
  • Build and maintain a competitive bid network; collect and compare vendor/sub proposals.
  • Nurture relationships with vendors, subcontractors, clients, and architects.
  • Keep scope, quantities, and costs current within our project management platform.
  • Deliver clear estimate presentations to leadership and project stakeholders.
  • Track actual costs post-award and maintain audit-ready records.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers on bid strategy and schedule development.
  • Contribute wherever needed to move bids and projects forward.

What Sets You Up for Success

  • Comfort interpreting technical documents, drawings, and specifications.
  • Detail-first, analytically minded, and highly organized.
