Job Title: Personal Injury Attorney
Must have Personal Injury experience on the defense side
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Base salary: up to 170K + bonus

2 to 6 years of litigation experience

Discovery
Responsibilities Include:
Taking and defending expert and witness depositions
Drafting original motions and other litigation-related documents on complex matters
Drafting discovery requests and responses to be exchanged with various parties
Developing client relationships through oral and written communication
Preparation for trial, including motions in limine, exhibit lists, and witness lists
Qualifications:
Requires a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
Licensed in California
Self-motivated individual with high energy
Experience with legal research
Experience with independently handling a caseload
Superior written and oral communication skills with attention to detail
