Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: San Diego, CA
Duration: 6 Months
Pay Rate: $23.00 $23.12/hour
Shift: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
Job Summary:
Under direct supervision, the Warehouse Associate will follow established procedures to receive, handle, store, record, and dispatch goods in a warehouse environment.
Main Responsibilities:

Receive incoming goods, inspect for damage, and identify discrepancies between goods and invoices.

Pick, pack, receive, and dispatch outgoing goods according to written or verbal requests.

Ensure proper routing of materials while transporting them between departments.

Enter data into databases or computerized systems to maintain accurate inventory records.

Retrieve inventory information to respond to inquiries regarding stock transfers, inventory levels, and delivery schedules.

Perform routine clerical activities according to established procedures.

Update stock cards and inventory records and complete receipt, transfer, delivery, and dispatch forms.

Support receiving dock operations, order picking, packing, and dock processing.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 2 years of previous work experience.

Forklift experience is required.

ERP system experience is highly preferred, specifically JD Edwards.

SAP experience is a plus.
-
Previous warehouse or distribution experience is preferred.
