Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Proactively greet and consult with customers within a retail environment to identify their technology needs.
- Brand Advocacy: Deliver expert information on AT&T’s latest products, wireless plans, and home services.
- Account Management: Seamlessly assist customers with new account setups, device upgrades, and service transitions.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside a high-energy team to exceed performance goals and maintain a positive retail atmosphere.
- Professionalism: Serve as the face of the brand, ensuring every interaction is professional, helpful, and solution-oriented.
Requirements
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Availability: Must be able to work weekends; our peak hours are when our customers need us most.
- Mindset: Coachable, goal-oriented, and a "team-first" mentality.
- Logistics: Must be at least 18 years of age, authorized to work in the U.S., and have reliable transportation to our retail locations.
Schedule
- Full-Time: Thursday–Monday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Part-time availability may be considered on a limited, case-by-case basis.
