What You’ll Do

• Speak with prospects and clients by phone with confidence and authority
\n
• Follow up relentlessly with new and existing prospects—no lead left behind
\n
• Set high-quality appointments for financial advisors
\n
• Confirm and reconfirm scheduled appointments to maximize show rates
\n
• Handle objections calmly, professionally, and effectively
\n
• Move conversations forward and close for the appointment
\n
• Document calls, outcomes, and next steps with precision
\n
• Deliver a polished, professional client experience on every call
\n

Experience & Qualifications

• Ability to follow structured call frameworks while sounding natural

• Experience with CRM systems and call tracking preferred
\n
• Financial services, insurance, or advisory experience is a plus—but not required
\n
