Operations Supervisor – Manufacturing & Warehouse
Location: Ontario, CA
Pay: $31.00 – $36.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing, warehouse, materials, and production operations at a growing facility in Ontario, CA.
This position will supervise warehouse and production personnel while coordinating production schedules, material flow, inventory, and day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate has strong leadership experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment and is comfortable working closely with production, engineering, purchasing, and management teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse and production operations
- Lead warehouse personnel in receiving, picking, packaging, crating, and order preparation
- Coordinate production schedules and monitor workflow to meet deadlines
- Manage materials and inventory, including cycle counts and material shortages
- Track work-in-process (WIP) and communicate production or scheduling delays
- Ensure accurate transactions and work order processing within the ERP system
- Work closely with Buyers and Planners to prevent and resolve material shortages
- Coordinate with Engineering regarding BOMs, drawings, production changes, and R&D-to-production transitions
- Oversee order processing and preparation for product demonstrations
- Monitor safety, quality, productivity, cost reduction, and on-time delivery
- Provide regular operational updates to management
- Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the operation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- 3–5 years of operations experience
- 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred
- Manufacturing environment experience strongly preferred
- Experience with ERP systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively lead warehouse and production teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt and work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment

Monday–Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Hours may vary depending on business and operational needs.
Compensation
$31.00 – $36.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
