Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our dynamic service team. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Your expertise will help deliver exceptional automotive service to our customers, leveraging your technical proficiency with modern vehicle systems and diagnostic tools. Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles
- Perform advanced repairs, including timing jobs, engine swaps, and general mechanical work
- Travel to customer locations using your own reliable vehicle
- Use the Novo Repairs app to receive assignments, update job status, and communicate with customers
- Provide excellent customer service and clear explanations of repairs
- Maintain a clean, safe work area at each job site
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of automotive repair experience
- Strong diagnostic ability
- Experience with timing jobs, engine swaps, and major vehicle repairs
- Own tools required
- Reliable vehicle for transporting tools and equipment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Diesel and electric technicians are strongly encouraged to apply and may receive additional pay.
Preferred:
- Previous electric or diesel vehicle repair experience
- ASE certifications
- Experience working with high-voltage systems
- Diesel diagnostic experience
Compensation & Benefits
- $40-$55/hour depending on experience and skill level
- Estimated annual earnings of $90,000+
