The Hookah Preparer plays a crucial role in ensuring a premium hookah experience by expertly setting up hookahs, preparing traditional charcoal, and maintaining equipment quality and cleanliness. This role operates within a small team of 1-3 people, reporting directly to the Shift Manager, with a focus on weekend and occasional weekday shifts, maintaining safety and hygiene standards throughout service.
Responsibilities
- Set up hookahs efficiently for service
- Prepare and manage traditional charcoal
- Select and arrange flavor options
- Clean and maintain hookah equipment regularly
- Perform quality control to ensure optimum product delivery
- Manage inventory related to hookah supplies
- Adhere to safety and hygiene compliance standards
