Plaintiff Employment Law Attorney
Century City, CA
We are a fast-growing plaintiff litigation firm seeking both junior and senior Plaintiff Employment Attorneys to join our expanding team.
Over the past eight years, we've grown to a team of 18 professionals and recently moved into a brand-new 10,000-square-foot office in Century City. Our employment law practice is experiencing tremendous growth, generating more than 600 employment law inquiries in a single week and signing multiple new clients. As demand continues to accelerate, we're investing heavily in growing our litigation team.

Responsibilities
- Handle plaintiff employment matters from intake through resolution
- Manage an active litigation caseload appropriate to your experience level
- Conduct client consultations and evaluate potential claims
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demands
- Take and defend depositions
- Attend mediations, hearings, and court appearances
- Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients throughout the litigation process
- Collaborate with a growing team committed to delivering exceptional client service
Qualifications
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- Plaintiff employment litigation experience preferred
- Experience with wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, FEHA, and related employment matters is a plus
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage cases independently or grow into greater responsibility with mentorship
- Organized, motivated, and committed to providing outstanding representation
What We Offer
- Competitive Base Salary of roughly $150k-$250K. Wide range, but we're also open to a wide range of candidate experience and hiring at the junior and senior level.
