Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health needs and identify appropriate treatment paths.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to clients' unique circumstances, using evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
- Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, employing diverse therapeutic techniques to foster emotional healing and growth.
- Monitor and document clients' progress toward treatment goals, making adjustments to therapy as needed to ensure the best outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to coordinate integrated care and enhance service delivery.
- Educate and support clients' families, fostering understanding and involvement in the recovery process to promote holistic healing.

Qualifications\n

- A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in mental health counseling with a commitment to ethical practices and client confidentiality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with a diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n
