The organization regularly hosts events such as holiday lunches, potlucks, and family days with food, games, and entertainment, creating a sense of community beyond daily work. Employees enjoy thoughtful perks like frequent chocolate gifts and a boots program that provides a generous allowance twice a year for permanent team members.
