We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Forklift Operator / Material Handler to join our dynamic team in San Clemente, CA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and distribution processes. Responsibilities

Operate forklifts (sit down/stand up) and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
Load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
Transport materials to designated areas within the facility.
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counts.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Assist in organizing and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications

Must have a minimum of one year of forklift experience, both sit-down and stand-up. Certification is a plus.
Computer skills are a plus.
Must have the flexibility to switch tasks and departments as needed.
High school diploma or GED completion required.
Reliable, predictable attendance is required.
Must be physically able to wear a respirator.
Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
Employee must have no food allergies.
Be willing to pass a background check and drug screening.
