Classic Showcase has an immediate opening for an Experienced Automotive Parts eBay Specialist.
We are looking for a knowledgeable individual to join our team as an Automotive Parts eBay Seller for vintage automotive parts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars, a strong understanding of classic automotive parts, previously worked in an auto parts store, and a proven track record of selling products online. This role involves sourcing, pictures, listing, and managing inventory for vintage automotive parts, price comparison, ensuring that all eBay interactions are positive, and helping to grow the business through excellent sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Identification & Research: Identify automotive parts within the Classic Showcase inventory. Research product details to ensure accuracy in descriptions and authenticity.
- eBay Listing Creation: Create clear, detailed, and accurate product listings with high-quality photos. Write compelling product descriptions that highlight key features and benefits.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an organized inventory of automotive parts, ensuring accurate stock, order fulfillment, and quick dispatch of items.
- Order Fulfillment: Process orders in a timely manner, ensuring items are properly packed and shipped according to eBay’s guidelines.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Monitor eBay trends, pricing, and competitor listings to stay competitive. Adjust pricing and marketing strategies as needed.
- Sales & Marketing: Implement strategies to increase visibility and sales of listings, including keyword optimization, promotions, and utilizing eBay’s selling tools.
- Quality Control: Inspect parts to ensure they are in good condition before listing them for sale, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Growth & Compensation Review:
We offer a 90-day performance review, at which time compensation may be increased based on performance. This role also provides opportunities for long-term growth and advancement within the company for the right candidate.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Knowledge of vintage automotive parts and vehicles.
- Experience selling on eBay or similar online platforms (i.e. Craigslist, Offer Up).
- Ability to take high-quality photos and write engaging and accurate product descriptions.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple listings at once.
- Must live in general area (Oceanside; no more than 30-45 minute commute)
