Immediate opening for a Warehouse Kitting in Vista, CA who possesses:
- 1- 2 years of warehouse experience
- Familiar with work orders
- Experience working with an ERP system
FULL DESCRIPTION: This role is responsible for assembling outbound collection kits corresponding with incoming kit orders from client sites. Strong attention to detail, the ability to follow established processes, and a strong sense of urgency are essential to ensure each order is packed accurately, efficiently, and according to standards. You will utilize UPS and FedEx shipping software to generate the necessary shipping labels for each kit. Your attention to detail and sense of urgency will ensure that client sites receive the right materials, on time, every time. Precision, urgency, and consistency are essential to maintaining the steady flow of samples that power testing operations.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Assemble specimen collection kits according to customer orders. Verify accuracy and quantity of all items for each order
- Utilize UPS/FedEx shipping software to generate required shipping/return labels
- Label and package orders for shipping in accordance with DOT and IATA shipping regulations
- Perform quality check of returned specimen collection kits to determine reusability
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse & laboratory environment
- Complete other duties as assigned
The selected candidate will also possess:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Strong attention to detail, collaborative, and organizational skills
- 1-2 years of warehouse experience
- IATA/DOT certification and familiarity
- Ability to communicate effectively with managers, as well as other internal and external personnel
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
- Ability to work assigned schedule and flexibility to modify
Salary Range: $18-20/hour
