A growing and well-regarded CPA firm in Fresno is seeking an Audit Supervisor to lead engagements across its real estate and agriculture client base.
This is a step-up opportunity for a strong Senior Auditor ready to take on more leadership, or a current Supervisor looking for a firm with better culture, strong clients, and long-term upside.

About the Role
You’ll take ownership of audit engagements from planning through completion, while serving as a key connection point between staff, clients, and firm leadership.
This role combines technical expertise, leadership, and client interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead audit engagements for real estate and agriculture clients
- Plan, execute, and review audit work and financial statements
- Supervise, train, and mentor audit staff
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and GAAS
- Manage multiple engagements, timelines, and budgets
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients
- Identify process improvements and provide value-added insights
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8+ years of public accounting audit experience
- Experience in real estate and/or agriculture clients (strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to lead engagements and supervise staff
- CPA required or near completion
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Benefits
- $110K – $135K+ base + bonus (competitive and based on experience)
