CA Utilization Review Nurse/Discharge Planner - ***/hr.Looking for EXPERIENCED Utilization Review Nurse / Case Manager. Temp-to-Perm preferred. We don't want a long-term contract.Five 8-hr. shifts - 40 hrs./week guaranteed.Active California license, BLS and ACLS certification.Proof of negative TB screen within the past 12 months.Housing recommendations: search FurnishedFinder.com, travelnursehousing.com, and Humboldt Craigslist/Housing/temporary-sublet. Search in Arcata, Eureka, McKinleyville, Blue Lake, Samoa, Fortuna - anywhere within a 30-mile radius of the hospital.
