Job DescriptionABOUT ASF CLEAN TEAM

ASF Clean Team is a woman-owned California exterior cleaning company serving residential, commercial, HOA, institutional and public-sector properties throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and surrounding Northern California markets.

Our services include professional window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, solar panel cleaning and related exterior property services.

We are hiring dependable, punctual and safety-minded Field Window Cleaning Technicians.

No professional window-cleaning experience is required for entry-level applicants. ASF provides paid training.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Field Technicians may perform:

• Residential and commercial window cleaning
• Interior and exterior glass cleaning
• Screen, track and skylight cleaning
• Water-fed pole window cleaning
• Gutter cleaning and debris removal
• Downspout flushing
• Pressure washing and soft washing
• Solar panel cleaning
• Jobsite setup and cleanup
• Loading, unloading and maintaining assigned tools and equipment
• Before-and-after job photographs and required documentation
• Professional communication with customers, coworkers and management
• Other related exterior-cleaning duties within the employee's training and assigned responsibilities

Technicians are expected to protect customer property, maintain assigned equipment and immediately report damage, equipment problems, unsafe conditions, incidents or other jobsite concerns.

• Follow ASF-established work and safety procedures
• Properly use required PPE and safety equipment
• Promptly report unsafe conditions or damaged equipment
• Be willing to learn and accept coaching
• Work outdoors under varying jobsite and weather conditions

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• No professional window-cleaning experience required for entry-level positions
• Reliable means of transportation to ASF's Oakland reporting location
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to regularly handle and move tools, ladders and equipment associated with assigned work
• Ability to perform assigned work at elevation using required access and fall-protection systems after receiving applicable training and authorization
• Ability to follow established company procedures, equipment instructions and job-specific requirements
• Dependable and punctual attendance

A driver's license is not required for every Technician position unless driving is designated as an essential function of the particular assignment.

EXPERIENCED TECHNICIANS

Relevant experience may include professional residential or commercial window cleaning, water-fed pole systems, extension ladders, gutter cleaning, pressure/soft washing, aerial/mobile elevating work platforms, fall-protection systems or commercial/multi-story properties.

Prior experience does not replace ASF-required training, qualification or authorization for specific equipment or work activities.

SAFETY

ASF provides employees with training appropriate to their assigned duties.

Employees may perform only work for which they have received the required training, qualification and/or authorization.

Employees must follow ASF-established safety policies, training, job-specific instructions and applicable safety requirements; properly use required PPE and equipment; immediately report unsafe conditions, damaged equipment and incidents; and stop work and notify management when an assigned task cannot be performed safely under established procedures.

Employees may not bypass, disable or disregard required safety devices, procedures or equipment.

SCHEDULE

Primarily Monday–Friday. Start and end times vary depending on assigned projects, customer requirements, weather and operational needs. Occasional weekend work and overtime may be available.
