Scarlett Cocktail Room is looking for an experienced, reliable Barback to join our team.
We’re looking for someone who works well in a fast-paced environment, stays organized, and takes pride in supporting the bar team and keeping service running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Keep the bar stocked with liquor, beer, wine, mixers, glassware, ice, and garnishes
- Help bartenders with prep, restocking, and service
- Keep the bar and storage areas clean and organized
- Wash and polish glassware
- Help with opening and closing duties
- Restock coolers and supplies throughout the shift
- Work as a team and anticipate what the bartenders need
- Follow all cleanliness and safety standards
Requirements
- Previous barback experience required
- Cocktail bar or high-volume experience is a plus
- Reliable, hardworking, and punctual
- Able to stay calm and focused during busy service
- Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
- Comfortable being on your feet and lifting cases and ice
- Available on weekends
