Attorney - Construction Defect (Plaintiff HOA)&nbsp; ($160-180K) Plus bonuses
 
Long standing, East Bay Law Firm, located in Alameda, of 4 Attorneys, is seeking a Litigation Attorney.&nbsp; This position is in Construction Defect working on complex cases. We represent the Plaintiffs – HOA.
 
Requirements:
 
<ul>
<li>Licensed to practice Law in California</li>
<li>Have Construction Defect experience, HOA experience, and/or Construction law experience</li>
<li>Strong in Research, Writing, Discovery and Arbitrations</li>
<li>Willing to work in the office as well as conduct site inspections, defecting testing and monitoring the cases</li>
</ul>
