We are looking for an experienced Pressman Operator who takes pride in quality, accuracy, and keeping production running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Hang and prepare printing plates
- Set and adjust colors for accurate printing
- Achieve proper registration
- Set up the press for customer approvals and production runs
- Operate the press as a First Pressman
- Monitor print quality throughout the production process
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience operating a printing press required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift 20+ lbs.
- Ability to climb steps throughout the workday
- Reliable and dependable attendance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Schedule
Monday – Friday
6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
30–40 hours per week
Hours may vary depending on production needs.
