School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) - Romoland, CA

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) to support students in the Romoland, California area! This is an excellent opportunity for an OT who is passionate about helping students develop the skills they need to succeed academically and function more independently in the school environment.

Position Overview

Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services to students with diverse developmental and educational needs.
Support fine motor skills, handwriting, sensory processing, and functional independence.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with students' IEP goals.
Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' occupational therapy needs.
Collaborate with special education teachers, general education staff, parents, and other related service providers.
Document student progress and maintain accurate therapy records.
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success plans.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Active California Occupational Therapist license.
Experience working with children in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred.
Knowledge of special education services and IEP requirements.
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
A passion for helping students reach their full potential.
