Key Responsibilities:

Prepare operating rooms, surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies for procedures
- \n
Assist surgeons and surgical team members during operative procedures
- \n
Maintain a sterile field and follow infection prevention and safety protocols
- \n
Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and provide appropriate instruments and supplies
- \n
Perform surgical counts and ensure proper handling of instruments and equipment
- \n
Assist with room turnover and preparation for subsequent procedures
- \n
Maintain accurate documentation and follow established departmental procedures
- \n
Collaborate with nurses, surgeons, anesthesia staff, and other members of the care team
- \n
Support efficient operating room workflow while maintaining a strong focus on patient safety and quality care
