About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations for a multifamily residential community. This is a hands-on leadership position ideal for someone with strong experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, general building maintenance, and team supervision.

You will lead the maintenance team, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, support unit turns, and ensure the property remains safe, functional, and well maintained for residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and support the onsite maintenance team.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems, pipes, fixtures, leaks, and blockages.
• Diagnose and resolve service requests involving HVAC, electrical, appliances, drywall, carpentry, and general maintenance.
• Coordinate and assist with vacant unit turns and make-ready work.
• Perform daily inspections of buildings, common areas, amenities, and grounds.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and coordinate repair projects.
• Help maintain the swimming pool and hot tub, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
• Prioritize service requests and ensure work is completed efficiently and on schedule.
• Provide professional customer service to residents, vendors, and team members.
• Maintain high standards for property safety, cleanliness, and overall appearance.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of hands-on property, facility, apartment, or residential building maintenance experience.
• Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing repairs and fixture maintenance.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, carpentry, appliances, and general building repairs.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
