Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – School-Based
Location: La Verne, CA Pay: $50.56–$62.78 per hour Job Type: Full-Time
<ul>
<li>Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).</li>
<li>Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).</li>
<li>Provide direct behavioral support and consultation.</li>
<li>Collaborate with teachers, families, and IEP teams.</li>
<li>Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor student progress.</li>
<li>Train and coach school staff on evidence-based behavioral strategies.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate documentation and follow ethical guidelines.</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB.</li>
<li>Meet applicable California requirements for providing behavior analysis services.</li>
<li>Satisfy school district employment requirements, including fingerprinting and background clearance.</li>
<li>Experience with FBAs, BIPs, and school-based behavioral interventions preferred.</li>
<li>Strong communication, collaboration, and data-analysis skills.</li>
