NOW HIRING – Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Fremont, CA
Pay: $19–$22/hr
We are looking for a Dispatcher/CSR to join our warehouse team!
Job Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service to customers and drivers
- Coordinate and dispatch drivers
- Communicate with customers, drivers, and warehouse teams
- Support daily warehouse operations
- Help coordinate schedules and transportation activities
- Assist with resolving issues and maintaining smooth operations
Requirements:
- Customer service experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Dispatching, transportation, or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
