This full-time assignment offers 37.5 hours per week and welcomes both seasoned SLP-CCCs and SLP-CFYs eager to begin their professional journey. As a valued clinician here, you’ll be part of a collaborative team with structured mentorship and supervision provided for Clinical Fellows.
What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current California SLP license or eligibility
- Willingness to work with elementary school students
- Comfortable managing an elementary caseload, including assessments and IEP participation
- Open to both new graduates (CFY) and experienced SLP-CCCs
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Passion for helping children succeed in school and beyond
Your Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary-aged students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Document student progress and collaborate with parents, teachers, and support staff
- Attend team meetings and contribute to a positive, supportive school environment
- Participate in supervision activities (for CFYs), benefiting from dedicated guidance
