This full-time assignment offers 37.5 hours per week and welcomes both seasoned SLP-CCCs and SLP-CFYs eager to begin their professional journey. As a valued clinician here, you’ll be part of a collaborative team with structured mentorship and supervision provided for Clinical Fellows.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current California SLP license or eligibility
  • Willingness to work with elementary school students
  • Comfortable managing an elementary caseload, including assessments and IEP participation
  • Open to both new graduates (CFY) and experienced SLP-CCCs
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Passion for helping children succeed in school and beyond

Your Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary-aged students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with IEP goals
  • Document student progress and collaborate with parents, teachers, and support staff
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to a positive, supportive school environment
  • Participate in supervision activities (for CFYs), benefiting from dedicated guidance
