What We're Looking For
We are looking for more than someone who waits for a list of tasks to complete. We want someone who notices when something is missing, asks questions, investigates issues, follows up, and makes sure tasks are completed.
Credentialing requires persistence and attention to detail. An application cannot simply be submitted and forgotten. The person in this position must be comfortable tracking multiple providers and facilities, following up on pending items, recognizing approaching deadlines, and communicating concerns before they become problems.
The successful candidate will be someone who enjoys organization, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and can move between credentialing, administrative duties, and special projects without losing track of important details.
