We are hiring a full-time Automotive Technician with extensive mechanic experience (5-10+ years) to join our growing company, Winning Makes Inc. At our business we prioritize outstanding customer service and a friendly, passionate approach to delivering top-notch repair experiences. Competitive pay ranges from $45 to $65 per hour based on skills and experience.

Responsibilities:
\n
- Diagnose client vehicles based on requests or concerns.
\n
- Perform comprehensive vehicle maintenance and inspections.
\n
- Execute independent or team-based mechanical and electrical repairs.
\n
- Use analog and computerized diagnostic equipment to identify issues.
\n
- Create and present estimates to clients, explaining the necessity of repairs.
\n
- Communicate additional vehicle issues and provide recommendations.
\n
- Ensure consistent client satisfaction.
\n
- Source and order necessary parts.
\n
Experience:
\n
- High school diploma or equivalent.
\n
- Completion of a postsecondary program in automotive service technology (preferred).
\n
- Work on a broad spectrum of cars, from Jaguar, Ferrari, Porsche, Rolls Royce, Bentley, and Mercedes, ranging from 1920's to 2020's.
\n
- Familiarity with carburetors and fuel injection, with emphasis on SU, Stromberg, and Weber.
\n
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical problems in modified cars.
\n
- Ability to perform tire changing and balancing, including vintage wire wheels.
\n
- Ability to fabricate new parts and tools if unavailable.
\n
- Strong research skills to find rare parts.
\n
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients about vehicles.
\n
- Ability to think outside the box and treat each problem individually.
\n
- Skills in welding and machining (preferred).
\n
- Experience in restoration and race car preparation a plus.
\n
- Experience in engine building a plus.
\n
- High attention to detail.
\n
- Strong problem solving, time management, and verbal and written communication skills.
\n
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
\n
- Eligibility to work in the US.
\n
