Expedite food for consistency and quality in a timely manner. Communicate well with front and back of the house. Must be organized, detail orientated, ability to perform under pressure and focus on service. Ensure service supplies and utensils are stocked on the expediter line. Keep counters and shelves organized, clean and free of debris. Perform any other job related duties as assigned.
